It is April 21, 1985. The rain bursts incessantly without showing signs of surrender, the light passes with difficulty through the dense clouds that form the roof of Estoril, and the tension is cut with a knife. A promising young Brazilian driver is wandering around the Lotus pits with the knowledge that there will be a lot of struggle to earn a win. What no one knew was that, that young driver would win that race, and that from then on, he would never stop. That young driver was Ayrton Senna and our Ayrton Shirt Capsule is dedicated to him.
On the occasion of the 39° edition of the Mille Miglia, we’ve launched our Ayrton Shirts Capsule, produced in collaboration with Xlance and Albiate1830, part of the Albini Group. The shirts, made in natural technical fabric, are based on a single model, inspired by the favorite shirt of the father of Filippo Colnaghi, CEO of Traiano, and his brother Costantino Colnaghi, CEO of Xlance: a washed denim shirt from the 1990s.
