All orders will be shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Fridays after 10am will be sent on the following Monday.
Orders from outside the European Union may be subject to customs or import duties. Any customs or import duties are charged by local customs agencies once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If any parcel is returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any costs we incur.
We strive to produce all our goods to the highest level of quality and we are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your goods, we will be happy to refund or exchange any items purchased directly from our website.
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
It is very important that all returned articles are unworn, unused, and in sellable condition, with all original tags attached..
In order to arrange a return:
1 – Contact our Customer service at email@example.com or at +39 02 39262169 in order to obtain the shipping label and schedule a pickup.
2 – Carefully wrap the item in its original packaging to protect against damages in transit.
3 – Print and affix on the box the shipping label provided by our Customer Service
4 – Hand over the package to the carrier. In case of not justificated returns (no damage or conformity issue), the returns cost will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer to use a different carrier, you will need to cover the cost of the shipment and insurance.
Plaese note that refunds may take several working days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer.
