Returns
We will bear the costs for the return of the goods for you.
Prerequisite for this is the use of our return service. Send a return request directly to shopservice.traiano@hatico.de
- We will send you a return label via e-mail.
- Stick the generated returns label on your parcel or use the QR code for a paperless return.
- Enclose the completed returns form with the shipment.
- Send the package back to us.
- As soon as the package has been accepted and checked by us, we will arrange the refund.
